All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you have read and agree with these T&Cs.

All bookings are non‑refundable, but you can reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your booked session.

If Solstice Fields must close due to weather or safety concerns, a free rebooking will be offered.

A session base price includes up to 3 dogs, 3 cars and 3 people.

Additional dogs and people are permitted at additional costs. £1 each for 25 minute sessions and £2 each for 55 minute sessions.

Please contact us if you have. requirements beyond this, or you are a charity, dog walker or rescue home, and we will try and support.

There is a option to pay a voluntary contribution to refreshments.

Owners remain fully responsible for their dogs at all times.

Solstice Fields accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, individuals, vehicles, or personal belongings.

Children must be supervised at all times.

You use the field entirely at your own risk.

Dogs must be healthy and free from contagious conditions.

Do not attend if your dog has shown signs of illness in the last 48 hours.

Dogs listed under the Reactive/ Dangerous Dogs Act or subject to control orders are permitted ONLY if the following is adhered to:

You do not enter the carpark until the carpark is clear of any other visitors.

Upon parking, a provided sign/cone is placed outside the closed entry gate to the car park to prevent anyone else from entering the carpark until you have left.

The dogs are muzzled, insured, and kept on a lead, under strict control, to and from the field..

If your dog displays aggression, you must immediately end the session.

Solstice Fields reserves the right to refuse bookings from owners whose dogs pose a risk.

Access from the B3083 not the A303.

Arrive no earlier than 5 mins before your session starts, to allow time for previous visitors to clear the area.

Upon arrival park in the parking area, if previous visitors are still there, remain in the car with your dog until they have vacated the car park. If a previous visitor overstays their time, please report this to us as soon as possible.

If there is a reactive dog cone and sign out, please do not enter the carpark until the area is clear.

You will be provided with a code for the vehicle and pedestrian gate before your session. Codes are changed randomly.

All gates must remain closed and locked during your session, even if the next visitor is waiting. Upon leaving the car park if there is no other visitors the carpark entry gate can be left open.

Dogs must be on the lead between the car and the field, on entry and departure.

Please vacate the field and carpark by the end of your timed session (25 mins or 55 mins). This is to allow safe arrival of the next visitors. Failure to do so may result in prevention of future access.

All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of before the end of your session.

Poo bags are provided around the field and are to be placed in the bin provided or taken away with you.

Owners who do not collect their dog waste will be refused future access.

Leave the shelter tidy, wash up mugs used and dispose of litter in the bin in the shelter.

Leave the field tidy and pack away any dog toys used.

There is a tap at the entrance to the field to wash off dogs and feet - please bring your own towel to dry your dog off.

Feel free to fill the pond if the water level is low.

We may close the field due to extreme weather, flooding, or maintenance. Sessions will be rescheduled if the field becomes unsafe to use.

A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted per session. These are parked at the owner's risk and Solstice Fields, is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items, or dogs.

Please park sensibly to allow others to enter, park and exit.

The shelter and refreshments are provided for your to use. Please ensure the gas is turned off on the stove once you have made your drink.

Please leave the area clean.

Water is provided for dogs.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.

Do not tamper with fencing, signage, or gates.

Unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in a ban.

If you are a charity, dog walker or rescue dogs please contact us and we may agree to a discount for the use of the Field, via a coupon code.

If you make 5 bookings the 5th visit is free (new service so please let me know if this does not work on check out).
